Role & responsibilities Administrative Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, coordination, and administration tasks. Maintain office supplies, infrastructure, vendor management, and AMC renewals. Handle front-desk activities, documentation, filing, and record management. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, channel partners, and visitors. Prepare letters, agreements, MIS reports, and maintain proper documentation. Manage travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event coordination. Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and housekeeping. Support senior management in daily administrative tasks. HR Responsibilities Handle recruitment activities: job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases. Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, warning, confirmation, relieving, etc.). Conduct new employee orientation and manage joining formalities. Assist in payroll inputs, salary processing support, reimbursement verification, etc. Oversee employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication. Ensure compliance with HR policies, discipline, and office guidelines. Handle basic HR grievance resolution and maintain healthy work culture. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication & interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Organizational & multitasking ability Basic HR knowledge and admin expertise Professional attitude and coordination skills
