Job Description

Design, build, test and deploy new digital products, transforming clients digital Lifecyle across all channels
Implement and execute the digital strategy change management plan for the corporate bank
Leverage new technologies (implementation of big data analytics, Al, machine learning, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows etc.)
Coach and train users to ensure adoption
Product launch marketing and communication strategies to support digital agenda

.Overall experience 8-15 years in proposing analytical solution

Deep knowledge of the banks business lines support functions as well as the challenges driven by cutting-edge technologies, and apply these learnings in driving the digital transformation of the bank. Candidates from strategy and other analytical area.

Passionate about new technologies with applied exposure
Developed skills in the following areas: new business strategy, digital transformation, change management, AI and analytics
The role demands excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high degree of comfort in speaking with senior leaders. The ability to effectively convey complex information and key messages to senior stakeholders is essential.
The candidate will be required to synthesize key messages from data to make informed decisions and present these insights to senior stakeholders.
The ability to think both strategically and tactically is crucial for identifying key messages from data and presenting them in a way that aligns with the overall strategy and goals of the organization.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.

Manage and strategize front line relationship team mobility strategy and adoption to improve frontline effectiveness
Manage and implement improved lead generation through advanced analytics and big data and external data sources
Design, build and test processes that are digitized to address commercial routines that improve front-office effectiveness
Improve connectivity with clients and cost-to-serve through genuine channels
Automation of processes end-to-end leveraging improvements in service and operational costs
