Assistant Vice President, Channel Relationship Manager, Small Medium Enterprises

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager in the Corporate and Investment Banking division, your main purpose is to acquire and develop a diversified portfolio within the IBG 4 segment. This portfolio should generate revenue from various sources such as assets, trade, cash, treasury, and fees while maintaining an acceptable risk level for the bank. Your role is crucial in delivering results in line with the bank's lending guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Source new asset relationships within the IBG 4 segment, ensuring alignment with the Bank Lending Policy and targeting a turnover of up to 100 Crore. - Drive Net Interest Income and fees across the portfolio by actively cross-selling trade, liabilities, cash, treasury, and other products. - Contribute to increasing branch profitability and maintain a delinquency-free portfolio. - Implement the IBG4 business strategy to enhance market share, achieve targets, and diversify the portfolio to reduce risk. - Strengthen the DBS brand value through marketing activities and network enhancement. - Comply with the bank's processes and policies, ensuring positive ratings during audits. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of overall sales experience, with at least 2 years in SME/Business Banking Lending. - Demonstrated sales track record in asset business within the SME/Business Banking segment. - Knowledge of competitors, marketplace, and experience in the SME segment preferred. - Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/commerce, MBA, or CA.
