Exp - 5 to 10 years Role Summary- The Strategic Officer in the CEO's Office is a pivotal role within the transmission industry, responsible for guiding the strategic vision and operational execution of the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, particularly in the energy or transmission. KRA - 1. Strategic Development: Formulate and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the company's mission and objectives, focusing on innovation and sustainability in the transmission sector. 2. Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and potential risks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of the transmission industry. 3. Cross-Departmental Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively communicated and executed, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. 4. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to the CEO and board of directors. 5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry partners, and community organizations, to promote the companys strategic objectives. 6.
