Assistant Training Manager

Job Description-

• Collaborate with the Training manager to design and develop training programs based on organizational needs and employee skill gaps.
• Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and manuals.
• Conducting training sessions for employees, ensuring content is delivered effectively and comprehensively.
• Support in organizing workshops. seminars and other learning activities.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records and databases for tracking purposes.
• Assist in researching new training techniques and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualification-

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or experience in QSR industry.
• Proven experience in training delivery or instructional design, experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design techniques.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize. and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning Management Systems(LMS) is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
