Position: Assistant to Principal Architect Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra Qualification: Diploma/Degree in interior design or B.Arch. Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to the Principal Architect. A dynamic professional who ensures smooth work operations by facilitating communication and managing both professional and personal tasks with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Principal Architect’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and attend meetings. Handle correspondence, draft emails, reports, and presentations Maintain organized filing systems and documentation Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics Ensure timely follow-ups and task completions Act as a liaison between the Principal Architect and internal/external stakeholders Assist with personal tasks and errands as required Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all communications Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication in English Strong follow-up and coordination skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good shorthand skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Flexible, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive matters with tact Willingness to handle personal tasks with professionalism Show more Show less
