Job Description

We are looking for an intelligent, smart, and well-organized Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate should be a graduate, above 30 years of age, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Managing Director in daily operational and administrative activities
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Draft emails, reports, and presentations as required
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Handle follow-ups, documentation, and task tracking
• Support in planning, organizing, and executing tasks assigned by MD
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while managing multiple tasks

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Quick learner and proactive approach
• Smart, presentable, and professional behavior
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities

Eligibility:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Age above 30 years
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Admin will be an added advantage
