Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with government authorities, municipal corporations, and land departments to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for real estate projects.

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and central government regulations, including land acquisition, zoning, environmental clearances, and construction norms.

· Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, legal firms, and consultants.

· Handle documentation related to land acquisition, title deeds, legal agreements, and other compliance requirements.

· Represent the company in legal matters, negotiations, and regulatory hearings.

· Monitor changes in real estate laws, regulations, and policies, ensuring the company stays compliant.

· Liaise with government officials, contractors etc.

· Prepare reports and maintain records related to approvals, licenses, and regulatory interactions.

Requirements:

· Candidate should be B.E Civil/ Architect with minimum 5 years of experience in Liaisoning in the real estate industry.

· Excellent in communication with Govt. authorities.

· Proven experience in project sanctioning.

· Proficient with software like Auto CAD, MS Office etc.

· Strong knowledge of Maharashtra real estate laws (UDCPR), land acquisition processes, RERA, environmental regulations, and municipal policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
