Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant located in Chennai. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations, managing phone communication with professionalism, and providing executive administrative support. Tasks will include scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining records, handling clerical duties, and other administrative responsibilities as required.


Qualifications

  • Skilled in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and exceptional Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as record-keeping, scheduling, and file management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is advantageous
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus
