As a Team Lead in the EdTech industry, your role involves managing a team of Education Counselors / BDEs to ensure the team achieves monthly sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for the team, handling queries, boosting morale, and ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular follow-ups with potential students, tracking performance metrics, sharing reports with management, and suggesting enhancements. Additionally, you will mentor new team members, collaborate with other departments, and maintain the brand's reputation through ethical practices. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Team Lead in managing a group of Education Counselors / BDEs to meet monthly sales goals. - Act as a point of contact for the team, resolving queries, boosting morale, and ensuring process excellence. - Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students and guide them towards suitable university programs. - Track performance metrics, share reports with management, and recommend improvements. - Mentor new joiners and ensure quick adaptation to the sales ecosystem. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Academic Teams for seamless coordination. - Uphold the brand's reputation through ethical selling and transparent communication. - Drive healthy competition, maintain discipline, and encourage teamwork within the department. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred). - 2-3 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or inside sales. - At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentoring role. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills. - Proven ability to manage targets, performance, and team engagement. - Familiarity with CRM tools, data reports, and lead management systems. - Passionate about education, growth, and team success. Please note that the job type for this position is Full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The ability to commute or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and fluency in English are required. The shift availability is for the Day Shift, and work location is in person. Thank you.
