Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain reporting applications and dashboards used by Commercial (CMO) and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure timely data refreshes, system uptime, and incident resolution for daily operational and strategic reports.
• Manage application incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and drive permanent solutions in collaboration with data and IT teams.
• Coordinate testing and validation of data pipelines and dashboards after infrastructure changes, upgrades, or new releases.
• Maintain and support integrations across SAP BW on HANA, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Optimize queries, data pipelines, and reporting performance to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure scalable reporting data models.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality stakeholders to align reporting tools with business needs.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions and enhancements.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot dashboard/KPI issues, and promote adoption of reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and change management standards.
• Maintain clear documentation covering reporting processes, data lineage, access controls, and system architecture.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Azure Data services (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake).
• Proven experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW on HANA, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and query optimization for large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of reporting SLAs, performance tuning, and system availability management.
• Familiarity with incident management and ITSM processes (ServiceNow preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
• Ability to maintain documentation, governance, and compliance standards.
