Job Description

As a Team Leader in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining basic hygiene and professional standards across the team. You will observe individual performance regularly and conduct reviews to provide constructive feedback and coaching. Additionally, you will assist team members with queries related to general insurance products and processes.
