Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor located in Bhopal. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations, supervising team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to the Supervisor. Other duties include coordinating schedules, managing communications, addressing any team or customer issues, and supporting project execution.

Qualifications

• Team management, leadership, and coordination skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team, including remote support
• Experience in project management and execution
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is beneficial
