Role Overview: As a full-time Assistant Supervisor based in Noida within the Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services division, your primary role will involve overseeing daily operations, supporting the team to achieve targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and upholding high standards of quality and performance. You will be responsible for monitoring staff performance, providing training and support, coordinating with different departments, and reporting to senior management. Additionally, you will handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
