Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager

Store managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, which includes managing staff, handling inventory and sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Their key duties involve strategic planning for sales and budgets, staff development through hiring and training, and maintaining store standards for appearance and safety. Staff management

• Hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
• Providing performance feedback, conducting evaluations, and handling disciplinary issues.
• Motivating the team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Financial and sales management

• Developing and managing the store's budget and tracking expenses.
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and set performance goals.
• Implementing sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitoring profitability and identifying areas for cost improvement.

Inventory and store operations

• Ensuring proper stock levels, ordering new products, and managing inventory.
• Managing the store's physical appearance, including layout, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Maintaining compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.

Customer service

• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Building relationships with customers and ensuring staff provide excellent service.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
