Job Opening: Retail Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (Beauty Segment) We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager for our beauty retail team. Key Responsibilities: Drive store profitability and achieve sales targets. Manage merchandise and stock rotation. Analyze market trends and plan ATL & BTL strategies. Focus on new customer acquisition and reactivation of dormant customers. Ensure SOP compliance and support staff training & development. Requirements: 2-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the beauty segment. Strong skills in store operations, inventory management, and stock audit. Excellent communication and team management skills. Salary : Up to 5 LPA Location : Nexus Seawoods Mall, Navi Mumbai Education : Any Graduate
