The first project of the company is newly opened Play Area for Kids (Soft Play Zone) in Sector 57, Gurgaon. Spanning over 5800 square feet in a mall, the play area provides multiple activities & games for kids such as trampoline, ball pool, interactive projector games, sand pit, foam pit, slides and many more. The play area has a café with a seating capacity of more than 40 and promises delicious food for kids & adults. Join for a high professional and self-growth opportunity.  Position: Assistant Store Manager   Location: Sector 57, Gurgaon Objectives of the Role: Oversee store operations and ensure smooth flow Responsibilities: ·      Billing & cash management: Ensure and execute invoicing norms.  ·      Making entries of Kids entering the play zone, recording details and updating the exit time. ·      Customer Engagement: Interact with customers on prices, packages and queries.  ·      Customer Handling: Handle customer complaints and special requests. ·      Lead and assist in Outlet decorations & activities during party bookings. ·      Lead the team of the play zone ensuring o  Timely reporting & exit of staff o  Hygiene and maintenance o  Employee retention ·      Database Entries: Update and maintain customer database with necessary details. Skills: ·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Command over English language is a must. ·      Well verse in MS Excel and MS Word Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience ·      Minimum 12th Board pass outs (Graduates in any stream are preferred) ·      Minimum 1 year of professional experience. CTC Offered: ·      2.6 lacs to 3.6 lacs per annum
