Assistant Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Tresor Systems Pvt. Ltd., your role involves several key responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving store targets by maintaining a balance between revenue and units. Additionally, you will need to ensure the achievement of GP targets. Effective stock handling, including processing Apple orders, managing product ageing, handling non-Apple orders, EOL products, and DOA cases, will be crucial for the smooth operation of the store. Clearing customer outstanding balances and managing sales returns are also part of your responsibilities. Team management, such as ensuring staff availability and punctuality, updating Apple SEED/ASO/ASTA records, organizing team-building activities, conducting mystery audits, and providing performance feedback to the staff, will be essential. Moreover, you will be in charge of store management, handling customer escalations, and conducting Apple quality audits within defined timelines.
