Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing staff, monitoring inventory, optimizing store performance, and implementing loss prevention strategies. Collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience will also be a focal part of the role.
