Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Store Assistants, providing guidance, support, and fostering a customer-centric approach. - Address customer queries, resolve issues, and cultivate an in-store environment that aligns with Lounge brand values. - Champion Lounge's values and demonstrate passion for the brand consistently. - Assist in recruiting and training new staff to ensure they become valuable members of the retail team. - Ensure accurate stock counts, manage inventory levels, and implement inventory control measures. - Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like sales numbers and customer satisfaction, striving for continuous improvement. - Provide exceptional professionalism and detail as a trained bra fitter, while also training other staff to deliver the same high level of service.
