Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand standards, company policies, and procedures. - Monitor, review, and ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the store staff are consistently met. - Participate in pitch to closure for B2C or corporate deals, handling professional architects and interior designers. - Mentor store staff on driving high profitability and maintaining standards. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices. - Develop a talent pipeline for store staff. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail management or a related field. - Strong understanding of compliance requirements and brand standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to mentor and develop store staff. - Proven track record of driving profitability and achieving KPIs.
