Accounts Executive

As a member of the team at Tresor Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Amritsar, your primary responsibilities will include handling online orders and ensuring effective coordination with customers. It will be crucial for you to ensure that the proper part code is generated from the ERP system during the billing process. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing batch closures on a daily basis, sending out reports accordingly, and collecting necessary documentation from cardholders for Credit card transactions. Furthermore, you will need to ensure that all required documentation is obtained from customers for transactions involving RTGS, NEFT, or cheques. Managing petty cash and day-to-day expenses will also be part of your duties, with a requirement to report to the Head Office with accurate documentation. Timely preparation of Return Orders and follow-up with vendors for Credit Notes, as well as the preparation of Sales Return Orders with appropriate reasons, will be essential tasks. Maintaining an updated customer database containing details such as Mobile Numbers, Email IDs, and iClub Card Numbers will be part of your routine responsibilities. It is important to exhibit a positive and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, and to strive for efficiency in the billing process. Regular reconciliation of cash on hand with the company's financial records and preparing deposits for the next day will also fall under your purview. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth overall functioning of the company will be a key aspect of your role.
