Assistant Store Manager

As a store executive & assistant store manager for the Surat location, your role will involve overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to optimize store performance and achieve sales targets. Coordination with various departments is essential to meet store needs promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Handle store sales, including upselling and cross-selling products. - Address customer queries and provide solutions for a high level of customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make necessary improvements. - Manage and monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. - Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain accurate inventory records. - Handle cash transactions, ensure proper cash handling procedures, and deposit daily cash earnings in the bank as per company policy. - Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory, and other store operations in Excel. - Prepare regular reports on store performance, inventory, and financials for management review. - Lead and motivate store staff to achieve excellence in store operations. - Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills and knowledge. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
