Floor Operations:
- Responsible for smooth floor operations
- Manage Customer Appointments efficiently
- Manage Customer experience through engagement Welcome the Guest, guide them with services/products they may need, and ensure smooth handover to the technician
- Manage Customer Complaints
- Drive Salon Top Line Numbers I.e. Revenue Target
Team Management:
- Manage Rosters & Schedules of technicians
- Inspire and motivate the team be productive and energetic at work
- Review performance regularly and work on delivering continuous progress
Process Efficiency:
- Manage the billing process
- Manage petty cash and other accounting activities.
- Manage Stock and Audit
