MAIN PURPOSE

Managing the day-to-day retail/store operations of the Lladró boutique in accordance to brand standards. Improve commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability. Primarily responsible for Retail/store Sales. The role will also involve Business Development and making Corporate Sales.


Preference would be given to candidates with experience in the P


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exceeding Sales Budget
  • Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
  • Converting Project Business through Interior Designers & Architects
  • Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
  • Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines.
  • Expanding HNI Database - Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintained
  • Defining strategy actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
