Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales and profitability goals.
Support staff supervision, training, and development to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
Help manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
Monitor store performance metrics and assist in analyzing sales trends to support business decisions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards within the store.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Aid in merchandising, visual display, and promotional activities to maximize store appeal and sales.
