Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Help train and develop sales associates
  • Ensure high customer service standards
  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations
  • Support administrative tasks and compliance with company policies
  • Promote Skechers brand image and values.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
  • Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Stay informed about product knowledge and current promotions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Should have team management experience
  • Any experience in managing P&L.
  • Product Knowledge will be added advantage.

Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork, coupled with attention to detail and efficient task management in a fast-paced retail environment.
