Area Sales Manager - EBO & MBO

Sales & Operations Management

• Drive consistent achievement of sales targets and operational KPIs across EBO and MBO channels
• Handle Primary Billing & Secondary Sales for EBO operations
• Drive Secondary Sales for MBO partners
• Manage retail operations across all assigned outlets
• Improve team performance and operational workflows
• Strengthen collaboration across departments (Sales, VM, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, etc.)

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of sales and operations staff (60+ members)
• Set clear daily/weekly/monthly targets and monitor individual and team performance
• Staff recruitment and development
• Motivate, coach, and guide diverse teams toward common objectives

Store & Partner Management

• Franchisee Management of EBO & MBO partner stores
• Visit MBO counters regularly to understand business dynamics and provide timely feedback
• Ensure brand standards and customer experience excellence across all outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MBO partners

Inventory & Visual Merchandising

• Inventory & Stock Management for EBO and timely requirement fulfillment for MBO
• VM Planogram execution & timely updates across all stores
• Coordinate with supply chain for optimal stock levels

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs through detailed reports & analysis
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Market Intelligence gathering and analysis
• Competition Report preparation for both EBO & MBO channels
• Analyze market trends to optimize performance across all stores
