Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
Drive sales and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling escalations effectively.
Support recruitment, training, and motivation of store staff.
Oversee stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
Monitor store performance, prepare sales reports, and recommend improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

4-8 years of experience in retail operations (fashion, lifestyle, electronics preferred).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record in sales achievement and store operations.
Flexible to work in a retail environment including weekends and holidays.
