Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
  • Drive sales and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling escalations effectively.
  • Support recruitment, training, and motivation of store staff.
  • Oversee stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor store performance, prepare sales reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in retail operations (fashion, lifestyle, electronics preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in sales achievement and store operations.
  • Flexible to work in a retail environment including weekends and holidays.
