Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at our location in Cuttack. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, implementing effective customer service strategies, managing store staff, and maintaining store inventory. The role also involves adhering to retail loss prevention procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the retail or beauty industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
