Assistant Store Incharge

As a Store Supervisor in our manufacturing facility, your role involves managing the storage, handling, and distribution of chemicals and raw materials. Your main responsibilities will include: - Inventory Management: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of chemicals and raw materials to maintain proper stock levels and organization. - Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards. - Staff Supervision: Leading, training, and motivating warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe completion of tasks. - Reporting & Audits: Conducting inventory audits, maintaining accurate records of stock movements, reporting discrepancies, and resolving issues. - Logistics: Coordinating the timely delivery of materials to production lines and ensuring safe loading/unloading of goods. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment. - Knowledge: Understanding of chemical safety, inventory control, and relevant regulatory standards. - Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
