Job Overview:

We are looking for a Asst. Store Incharge to support daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient management of materials. This role assists the Store Incharge/Assistant Material Manager in maintaining accurate records, organizing stock, and coordinating with production and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily inward & outward of materials and ensure FIFO in raw material issues.
• Update stock ledger, prepare delivery challans, and maintain proper filing.
• Assist in physical stock verification and monthly inventories.
• Handle ERP entries for purchase bills, material issues, and reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for GST and debit notes.
• Support Store Incharge and Assistant Purchase Manager; manage store in their absence.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, security, and housekeeping of store items.

Skills Required:

• 1–3 years in manufacturing store operations.
• Knowledge of ERP & inventory management.
• Good coordination, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
