Qualification

• Master’s degree in – Hotel Management, Business Administration, Social Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, or related fields.

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in entrepreneurship and livelihood projects
• Experience in working with SHGs, youth collectives, or micro-entrepreneurs is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with food business sales and operations (cloud kitchens, restaurant chains, catering, or meal distribution) will be an advantage.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong field execution and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise operations, preferably in the food sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and team support skills.
• Comfort with MIS tools, mobile-based tracking, and basic data analysis.
• Proficiency with MS word and MS excel Ability to travel extensively within the city and state.
• Excellent Written on oral communication in local language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
