Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Shahjahanpur. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring day-to-day operational excellence, coordinating internal activities, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between teams. Additionally, the Assistant will contribute to scheduling, documentation, and maintaining efficiency within the organization. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration
Familiarity with office software, tools, and record-keeping
Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a similar administrative or support role is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
