Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Pune. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team with administrative, financial, and operational tasks. Day-to-day activities include preparing and reviewing documentation, assisting with bookkeeping, organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing communication. The role also involves providing operational support in areas such as tax advisory, accounting, and compliance under the guidance of senior professionals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial documentation, and basic accounting principles
Familiarity with audit assurance processes, taxation advisory (direct and indirect), and corporate compliance
Strong organizational, scheduling, and document management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
