Job Description

Role Overview: As the Assistant Site Operations Lead (ASOL) at Cushman & Wakefield, your primary responsibility is to manage and deliver site operations, ensuring high levels of customer service satisfaction and safety compliance. You will be leading the on-site team, developing a collaborative and supportive culture, and ensuring all workplace tasks are managed efficiently. Additionally, you will be coordinating site operations to minimize disruptions to business operations and maintain optimal employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and deliver site operations, focusing on customer service satisfaction and strategic delivery in line with operational requirements. - Ensure safety compliance by all staff and vendors, adhering to safety processes and procedures. - Develop a professional and supportive culture within the team. - Report and resolve workplace issues promptly. - Coordinate with contractors and Facilities members to maintain site facilities to the highest standards. - Assist in budget development and monitoring, procurement process alignment, and report preparation. - Lead and train the team to provide exceptional customer service. - Review workplace systems for continuous improvement opportunities. - Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies of Cushman & Wakefield. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in site operations management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of budget monitoring and procurement processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to identify and implement process improvements. - Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
