Role Description

The Assistant will be responsible for handling daily tasks such as performing substantive audit procedures, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and updating workpapers and assembly of audit files. Additional responsibilities include supporting various departments, assisting in the preparation of reports, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires a high level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively with teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
