Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, based in Nanjangud. The Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support, assist in coordinating training programs and meetings, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate records and documentation. The role will involve facilitating communication between different teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in line with the company's objectives. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative tasks and ensure workflow efficiency. Strong communication skills for managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and promoting effective collaboration between teams. Ability to handle documentation accurately with attention to detail. Proficiency in common office software and tools including Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team or independently. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles is beneficial. A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualification in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
