Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant based in South Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and assisting with logistics related to business activities and travel arrangements. Other daily tasks may include liaising with clients, organizing documentation, conducting basic research, and ensuring efficient operations in line with the company’s objectives. Qualifications Strong organizational, scheduling, and administrative skills Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with diverse clients Knowledge of or experience in Japanese business culture and practices is highly desirable Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese or other languages is a plus Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and research tools Previous experience in business support, travel coordination, or related roles is advantageous Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
