Assistant Showroom Manager

Sales & Customer Experience

• Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and personalized furniture solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, and walk-in clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and ergonomic consultations.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, motivate, and train showroom sales staff.
• Schedule and manage the team for optimal showroom coverage.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Showroom Operations

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the showroom.
• Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, inventory levels, and order management.
• Coordinate with back-office and warehouse for timely deliveries and installations.

Visual Merchandising & Branding

• Implement brand-consistent visual merchandising displays.
• Ensure products are well presented, priced, and up-to-date with seasonal trends.
• Gather and report customer feedback to improve the showroom experience.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and stock reports.
• Analyze footfall and conversion rates to optimize performance.
• Track client preferences and suggest improvements to product assortment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
