Assistant Showroom Manager

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Showroom Manager to help organize and run our retail store . Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Assistant Showroom Manager Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, sales returns, customer complaints)
• Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing Showroom front.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Train staff to perform better in sales, customer care. etc.
• Assist potential customers and maintain efficient relationships with prior customers.

Assistant Showroom Manager Requirements:

• Any Graduation
• Previous retail management experience.
• Experience in training and managing a team.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Kottakkal, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 4 years (Preferred)
• Showroom Manager: 8 years (Preferred)
• Textiles: 5 years (Preferred)
