We are looking for a responsible Assistant Showroom Manager to help organize and run our retail store . Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assistant Showroom Manager Responsibilities: Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers. Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, sales returns, customer complaints) Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing Showroom front. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner. Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best Train staff to perform better in sales, customer care. etc. Assist potential customers and maintain efficient relationships with prior customers. Assistant Showroom Manager Requirements: Any Graduation Previous retail management experience. Experience in training and managing a team. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Decision-making and problem-solving skills. Able to work a flexible schedule. Attention to detail.
