Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at SBPS & Associates, Chartered Accountants. The position is located in Patna, Bihar. In this role, the Assistant will perform a range of tasks including assisting with financial audits, preparing reports, managing compliance documentation, conducting research, and supporting day-to-day operations within the firm. The Assistant will also collaborate with team members and contribute to ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting and consulting services.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and auditing procedures
• Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and tools for data entry and analysis
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and clients
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
• Previous experience or internships in accounting or auditing roles are an advantage
