Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts and Compliance Executive based in Patna. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, assessing financial records, coordinating internal and external audits, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. They will also provide assistance in tax preparation, filings, and other related financial operations to ensure organizational compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Bookkeeping, and General Ledger Management.
• Skills in Compliance Monitoring, Taxation, Regulatory Documentation, and Tax Filing.
• Proficiency in Auditing, Internal Controls, and Risk Assessment.
• Attention to detail and a strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Proficiency with accounting and tax software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or similar are highly desirable.
