Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Indore. The Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing and maintaining documents, coordinating meetings, responding to communication, and providing support to team members as needed. The role also involves preparing reports, assisting with office correspondence, and ensuring compliance with office procedures and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior administrative or office support experience is an advantage
