Asst. Manager – Technical Sales

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 8–10 years in sales & team training

Salary: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA (based on experience) 

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Managing and training new sales team members

Driving technical sales strategies and achieving targets

Coordinating with operations and marketing for sales initiatives

Preparing sales reports and performance analysis

Providing technical product knowledge and guidance to clients

🛠️ Candidate Profile:

8–10 years’ experience in technical sales and team training

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proactive, target-driven, and detail-oriented

Ability to mentor and motivate junior sales staff
