✅ Position: Manager – Government Tenders & Procurement

Experience: Minimum 20 Years (Relevant in govt. tenders & GeM)

Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram

Salary Range: ₹6 LPA – ₹18 LPA (Based on experience)

Industry: Sheet Metal Products – Indian Railways, Defence, Govt. Furniture

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Manage government tenders via:

GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP)

All State Government E-Tender Portals

Identify suitable tenders, evaluate eligibility, prepare documentation, and submit bids

Price analysis and bidding strategy formulation

Coordination with internal technical, legal, and finance teams

Communication with government departments and follow-up post-submission

Maintain records, compliance documentation, and ensure smooth order processing

🛠️ Candidate Profile

Minimum 20 years’ experience in public procurement / tender management

Strong command over GeM, CPPP, and various state tender portals

Knowledge of sheet metal products and govt. supply processes is preferred

Proficiency in MS Excel, GeM tools, and e-tender documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
