Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Kalka. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in sales management, excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to achieve targets.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure achievement of productivity and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist departments in store image and merchandise presentation.
  • Analyze and recommend enhancements in profitability through asset protection and cost control.
  • Oversee individual stores and coordinate with store managers to facilitate everyday operations.
  • Administer visual merchandise prospects and ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales performance.
  • Train and guide sales staff to focus on store's sales strategies as per company standards.
  • Maintain good professional relationships with high-end customers and design retention strategies, while managing all communication with existing clients through various modes such as telephone and email.
  • Administer product line development from strategic planning to monitor all sales activities to boost productivity and sales, ensuring effective implementation of brand guidelines regarding store layout, visual merchandising, stock, and fixture positioning to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in product launches, promotions, and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring compliance with administrative and procedural guidelines and deadlines to meet targeted sales and profits.
  • Handle Online B2B sales, follow up, close sales, and optimize the B2B portal to full potential; manage E-commerce selling channel, develop marketing strategies, assist in daily e-commerce growth plans, and optimize them to the full potential.
