Job Description

Drive sales aggressively, ensuring personal and team targets are met.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and track performance.
Identify high-potential customers and ensure personalized engagement for high-value transactions.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their selling skills.
Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews.
Handle underperformance by providing feedback and corrective measures.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
Maintain a database of high-net-worth customers and drive repeat business.
Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Suggest and execute in-store promotions, events, and limited-period offers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, with the best-selling products highlighted.
Support store management in operational functions when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
