Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote jewellery collections, offers, and events.

Handle inbound calls professionally, answer customer queries, and provide product information.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Schedule store visits and appointments for walk-in customers.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.

Build positive relationships with customers through polite communication and service.

Maintain call logs, prepare daily reports, and meet call/lead targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
